Contact information

Contact information (contact person name, valid phone number and email address) must be provided when ordering in order to notify pickup arrangements and provide customer service.

Pick up or ship

Ordered goods must be picked up or arranged for delivery within one month after notification. If the order is exceeded, the deposit will not be refunded and the goods cannot be picked up.

Delivery and refunds

If the manufacturer fails to supply the goods in full, the deposit will be fully refunded. After the deposit is paid, it cannot be refunded unless the manufacturer is unable to supply the goods.

Product quality

Acceptance and Return
